Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change! However, to respect both your stylist’s time and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
